Building a new Social Media strategy to communicate a new Natura to the world
The objective was to make Natura a more emotional and engaging brand through its social media. The strategy was not only based on defining a new graphic design system and art direction to showcase its products, but to create fresh content for the brand to generate conversations with its community.
We launched a video on Instagram as the kick off of this new approach. By only using typeface, the video narrates a conversation between Natura and the world. A video-capsule where Natura declares openly to the world its real concerns as a brand and its intentions to change into a more authentic and human one.
